| Quintin Freeman, Simon Foster, Tim Cahill, Graham Barton and Adrian Heath - all from the Dunbar O35s |
A few of the Dunbar Over 35s made their way to Le Montage at Lilyfield last night for the annual Johnny Warren Foundation fundraising dinner. Friend of Dunbar Craig Foster was the MC for the night and it really was a star-studded line-up with countless Socceroos from past and present in the auditorium.
Star guest was none other than former Millwall legend Mr Tim Cahill, who was interviewed by another Dunbar friend Les Murray. Everyone wanted a piece of Tim but like 10 year old schoolboys, we managed to stalk him out and nab him for a quick photo before he took off for the Trademark Hotel and more mischief undoubtedly. Graham Barton didn't regain his composure until this morning.
We also ran into our old friend Mark Bosnich, who remembered us from the DRFC presentation night last year. In fact, Adrian Heath won the auction for his son to have a one-on-one goalkeeping session with the great man soon.
Many thanks to Dunbar Rovers sponsor Phill Muhlbauer and his company LINK MARKET SERVICES for buying the table on the night. A great night was certainly had by all !
